Opportunity:

OT - OT

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
• Specialize in lymphedema treatment
• Perform initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests and measures
• Identify impairments and functional limitations in patients
• Establish initial treatment plans in conjunction with patients and caregivers
• Select and administer treatment strategies based on physician orders
• Identify functional improvement and goal attainment on regular basis
• Update treatment plans and goals per department standards
• Complete documentation following department standards and timeframes
• Maintain productivity per department standards and complete duties efficiently
• Comply with applicable rules and regulations for home health care when applicable
• Demonstrate responsible utilization of resources and participate in department improvement activities
• Master's degree from accredited Occupational Therapy program required (Bachelor's degree acceptable if obtained prior to 2007)
• Wisconsin state license as Occupational Therapist required within three months of hire
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification required
• Minimum two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking required
