Opportunity:

RN - Home Health

Job Details:

• Work in the field conducting patient visits for PRN, routine care, and death visits
• No on-call responsibilities required
• No weekend shifts required
• Memorial Day coverage required
• Serve patients in the Racine Kenosha service area
• Travel to patient homes to provide nursing care and assessments
• Handle various types of home health nursing visits based on patient needs
