Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3680.00

Opportunity:

RN - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work flexible start times of 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio
• Weekend rotation every 6th weekend
• On-call responsibilities include one weeknight call shift per week and one weekend every 6th weekend
• 30-minute response time for call-back situations
• Holiday expectations are call-only
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Transport inpatients and provide handoff care
• Administer medications for sedations
• Provide pre and post recovery care
• Circulate during procedures
• Conduct discharge follow-up calls
• Schedule and coordinate orders
• Work with patients requiring line placements, drains, guided biopsies, vascular work, carotid stents, angiograms, and AAA repairs
• Utilize EPIC EMR system, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing
• Complete NEO orientation and at least one shift to learn workflow
• Scrub colors provided
• Free parking available in East parking structure on 3rd floor or higher

Facility:

This 277-bed healthcare facility serves as a Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with a Level III NICU. The interventional radiology department features one holding room that accommodates two patients and two IR suites. The facility provides comprehensive support including IR aids, transporters, charge RNs, lead technicians, management, respiratory therapy, and hospitalist services. The department utilizes advanced technology and maintains high standards for patient care in interventional radiology procedures.
