Opportunity:

RN - Clinic

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week over 13-week contract
• No float requirements or weekend/holiday requirements
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, NIHSS (Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience required with clinic experience highly preferred
• Must be comfortable with triaging patients, administering injections, port flushes, and rooming patients
• EpicCare Ambulatory charting experience required
• Perform nurse schedule duties including B-12 injections, vaccines, port flushes, allergy shots, EKGs, and bladder scans
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Scrubs of any color permitted
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy

This clinic facility features 4 providers including 3 nurse practitioners and 1 physician assistant, supported by an on-site point-of-care laboratory and radiology department. The clinic provides comprehensive outpatient services and maintains a structured nurse schedule for various procedures and patient care activities. The organization emphasizes quality patient care and maintains specific certification requirements to ensure high standards of clinical excellence.
