Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with start times including 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM, or 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over 13-week contract
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as applicable
• Must be willing to float to medical surgical unit and other Aspirus facilities including Merrill, Medford, Wausau, and Stanley
• May be placed on call during low census hours with on-call pay provided
• Call back minimum of 2 hours when called back to facility
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Minimum 2+ years emergency department experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC (Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Scrubs provided by facility or can wear personal scrubs of any color
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers required to wear masks at all times
• Work in acute stroke ready, trauma level 4 facility with approximately 28 ED visits per day
