Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract assignment
• Float between Aspirus Iron River Hospital and Aspirus Iron River Outpatient Clinic
• On-call requirement: 1 weekend per month with 2-hour minimum call back
• Can be low censused and placed on call during shift
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Will accept new graduate physical therapists
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Michigan State PT Licensure
• Epic EMR charting system experience
• Treat diverse patient population including outpatient and inpatient mix across lifespan from pediatric through geriatric
• Specialize in orthopedic cases (post-op TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurology
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Casual professional attire required
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Winter weather experience in colder climates preferred for winter start dates
• Flu and COVID vaccination compliance required or mask wearing mandatory
