Opportunity:
Echo Technologist - Echo Tech Vascular Tech
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour variable day shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• One weekend every five weeks and one holiday rotation per year
• Overnight call once per week with 30-minute response time
• Weekend call every 5th weekend
• No floating requirements
• Must reside minimum 50 miles from facility
• Perform echocardiography, TEE, stress echo, and pediatric echo studies
• Handle 6-8 studies per day
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS
• 2+ years echo tech experience required, vascular experience highly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in allied health field required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Scrub colors provided by facility
• Call back minimum is 2 hours when called in during low census
