Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Shift rotation every week or every two weeks
• No blocked scheduling requests or travel pairs with same schedule requests
• Every other weekend required (weekends are Friday-Sunday)
• Every other holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, potential to float to other south region locations including Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior
• No on-call or callback responsibilities
• Patient ratio of 4:1 in 8-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit with telemetry
• Care for patients with sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, and primary patients on insulin drips
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS (Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
• 2+ years experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU required
• At least one completed travel contract preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Any color scrubs accepted
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Must be hard worker, resilient, manage change well, work independently, and complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• 50-mile radius rule applies
