Opportunity:

RN - Modified Care Unit

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Float as needed throughout facility
• Required to work every other weekend
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified group of patients in inpatient environment
• Provide cardiac telemetry care to primarily adult population
• Monitor and assess patients with myocardial infarction, CHF, COPD, strokes, and stable arrhythmias
• Perform closer cardiac monitoring and assessment for patients requiring specialized observation
• Work with diverse patient population requiring cardiac monitoring
• Minimum of two years nursing education from accredited School of Nursing required
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state required
• Required certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Must demonstrate professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice
