Opportunity:

RN - Clinic

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities
• Facility closed on Christmas and New Year's Day
• 2 years of clinic experience required; family medicine experience helpful
• First-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Free parking provided
• May float to nearby locations: Sheboygan Falls (5 miles), Howard's Grove (16 miles), or between Sheboygan Falls and Howard's Grove (5 miles)
• Floating assignments communicated 1 week in advance or day of depending on call-outs
• Up to 1 week orientation based on comfort level
• Provide care for pediatric to geriatric patients
• Perform triaging, medication refills, handle phone calls, In Basket messaging, EKGs, injections
• Assist with rooming patients when needed
• Support comprehensive preventive care including annual physical exams and vaccinations
• Assist with diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases
• Work with 2 providers who each see 18-23 patients per day in 6 exam rooms
• Up to 7 days of requested time off allowed if willing to extend contract

The clinic features 6 exam rooms and maintains a team-based approach with medical assistants, providers, and front desk staff supporting patient care. The facility focuses on preventive care, acute illness treatment, and chronic disease management, serving an average of 18-23 patients per provider daily in a collaborative healthcare environment.
