$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• 3-5 years of MRI experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Weekly census of 250-300 patients
• Work with outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients including those with implantable devices, neuro, oncology, musculoskeletal, ventilated, sedated, whole body cases
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Weekend rotation maximum every 3rd weekend
• On-call responsibilities: Saturday and Sunday nights 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Back-up on-call: Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• 30-minute response time for on-call
• Weekly rotating responsibility for first-shift backup on-call and weekend on-call
• Weekend on-call occurs approximately once every 8 weeks with compensatory weekday off
• Holiday expectations based on unit needs
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-MR or ARMRIT
• Experience required with GE and Siemens equipment
• Must be proficient in EPIC charting system
• Equipment experience required: GE Discovery 750W, Siemens Aera, Siemens Magentom Skyra, McKesson PACS
• No floating required - MRI only
• 3 days of orientation provided
• Lead Tech/Coordinator and Imaging Assistants provide support
• Traveler will never work alone
• Professional scrubs in any color required
• Free parking provided

This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring Level II Trauma Center designation and Level III NICU capabilities. The facility holds Magnet designation and serves as a Primary Stroke Center with 933 beds. The MRI department operates 5 scanners out of 6 available, providing advanced imaging services for a diverse patient population including complex cases requiring specialized expertise.
