$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
Scrub Tech - Scrub Tech
Job Details:
• 8-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Variable day shifts with ASAP start date
• 4+ years of surgical technologist experience required
• Strong Ortho/Neuro/Spine experience required, particularly with craniotomy cases
• Must be comfortable with complex spine and neuro cases and total joint procedures
• Prior travel experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekend calls during contract
• 30-minute response time for call - must be ready and in OR within 30 minutes
• May be required to float to other locations (Merrill, Antigo, Medford, or Stanley)
• Required certifications: BLS, CST license (NBSTSA or NCCT accepted)
• Must have own vehicle due to on-call responsibilities
• Work in 21 ORs handling 40-60 cases per day across multiple specialties
• Responsible for setting up operative suites, checking case carts for supplies, and room turnover
• General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI experience preferred but not required
• Must be flexible, have excellent work ethic, and willing to assist with teaching new hires
• High school diploma required
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Holiday rotation required as needed

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical program with 21 operating rooms handling an average of 40-60 cases per day across multiple specialties. The facility maintains Trauma Level II designation and offers services in orthopedics, neuroscience, spine surgery, general surgery, gynecology, urology, plastics, ENT, and gastroenterology.
