Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 7-week contract length
• Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours - can be low censused in hour increments
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility location
• 2+ years of nursing experience required with Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU experience preferred, Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Work in 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with heavy telemetry
• Care for patients with stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury and stroke
• Primary patient ratio: 4:1 with insulin drips
• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Clinical interview services required
