Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Contract length of 13 weeks starting 7/20 or 7/27
• Every other weekend rotation required, no holiday rotation
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• 2+ years of ED experience required, travel experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Float to alike units as needed and other locations such as Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Work with all ages and all levels of care with 1:4 normal patient ratio
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call for low census hours with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if not vaccinated for flu and covid
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

The emergency department maintains modern standards of care with Epic charting systems and emphasizes quality patient care with appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios.
