Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with typical start times between 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM
• Provide 24-hour coverage with varying schedules
• Weekend call requirements mandatory
• Holiday call requirements mandatory
• Weeknight call requirements mandatory
• Call response time requirement of 30 minutes
• Work in 7 operating room suites handling 15-25 cases per day
• Handle common cases including general surgery, orthopedics, robotics, plastic surgery, ENT, urology, C-sections, gynecology, and endoscopy
• Must have experience with DaVinci robotics, orthopedic spine procedures, general surgery, orthopedic totals, ENT, urology, GYN, C-sections, and endoscopy
• Scrubbing not required for RNs
• Use Cerner EMR system for documentation
• May float to assist in outpatient surgery center as needed
• Scrubs provided by facility, must provide own shoes that remain in department
• Orientation length varies based on skills and experience
• Must clock in and out at facility
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Previous Marshfield employees must have end date 6 months prior to submission
• Level 3 trauma center acute care setting
