$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 8-hour variable day shifts
• Shift times include a mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week or holidays when unit is closed)
• Primary assignment on the General OR Team with float requirements to additional hospital locations as needed
• On-call requirement of 4-7 weeknights per week and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
• Must be within 30-minute response time and ready in the OR within that window when on call
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours; weekends are for call only with holiday rotation
• Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours; travelers may be placed on call during this time
• Must have own vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Experience in a larger facility with comparable ORs (20+) required
• Circulator role is required; scrub experience preferred
• Da Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Ortho, Neuro, and Spine experience required
• Additional specialty experience a plus: General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI
• Must be a flexible, hard-working candidate willing to perform downtime tasks as needed
• 21 ORs covering all specialties with an average of 45 cases per day (range of 40-60)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License
• Required education: Associate Degree or Certificate; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: Any color
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

This hospital is a large, full-service medical center operating 21 operating rooms and handling an average of 45 surgical cases per day across all specialties. The facility maintains a Trauma Level II designation and supports a high-volume surgical environment with advanced robotic surgery capabilities.
