Opportunity:

Radiologic Technologist - Radiology

Job Details:

• Perform chest x-rays, long bone x-rays, portable imaging, fluoroscopy (limited), and C-arm procedures
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and pediatric patients (primarily adult population)
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Float throughout the hospital for portable imaging, including OR and ED
• Only 1 X-ray technologist on shift after 10:00 PM
• On-call and holiday coverage required as needed
• 2-3 day orientation based on comfort level
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers with strong background considered
• Charting system: EPIC EMR
• Equipment includes Canon portables, GE fluoroscopy, OEC C-arms, and Dell with Canon plates
• PACS: McKesson experience preferred
• Medication dispensing via Pyxis
• Scrub color: Any
• Free parking available
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (Wisconsin license required)

Facility:

This 60-bed medical facility operates as a Level 3 Trauma Center providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility offers 24/7 hospitalist and respiratory therapy support, with transport services available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The radiology department is equipped with two diagnostic rooms, one fluoroscopy suite, and supports a wide range of imaging needs across multiple departments including the emergency department and operating room.
