Opportunity:

RN - Correctional Facility Nurse

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with some schedule flexibility
• 26-week assignment
• Monitor and manage medical issues for patients in a CIP (Correctional Intensive Program) setting
• Provide nursing care at an ERP/SUD (Extended Restrictive Program/Substance Use Disorder) site
• Manage frequent patient turnover as this facility serves as a transitional site for patients awaiting placement elsewhere
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a correctional population with varying medical and substance use-related needs

This correctional facility operates as a CIP program site and ERP/SUD treatment location, providing essential medical and rehabilitative services to its population. The facility serves as a transitional care site for individuals awaiting placement at other facilities, requiring nursing staff to manage a dynamic and frequently changing patient census.
