$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units with possible float to other critical care and inpatient units as needed
• No on-call or callback requirements; contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours taken in hour increments as needed
• Care for Neuro ICU patient population including Stroke, TBI, Head injury, and Neurosurgery patients in an 8-bed Neuro unit
• Perform Neuro assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures including line placement and intubation
• Perform bolt and drain bedside placements with Neurosurgery and care for Neuro interventional patients
• Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring required
• Neuro Interventionalist experience a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background required; strong Neuro assessment skills required
• 1 travel assignment preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), and NIHSS
• Scrub colors: any color
