Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Variable day and night shifts available
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Work in a 10-bed ICU and IMC unit with float capability to a 34-bed MS unit
• Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 for IMC, and 1:5-1:6 for MS
• Float to other units as needed, including medical/surgical unit
• Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations; floating can and will be prescheduled
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; one travel assignment preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed during orientation week or holidays when the unit is closed

The facility is part of a larger health system with multiple locations, providing staff the opportunity to work across several regional sites. The organization is committed to high-quality patient care and maintains structured staffing ratios to support both staff and patient outcomes.
