Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2376

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity:

RN - Hospice

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 24 hours per week
• 1-2 years of previous Hospice experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Conduct head-to-toe assessments, chart changes in condition, handle phone calls, and perform death visits when a patient passes
• Charting completed remotely using EPIC
• Required certifications: WI or compact RN license and AHA or ARC BLS
• Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Scrubs required; must be clean and work appropriate
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius

This intimate hospice facility operates an 8-bedroom Hospice House dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families. The facility emphasizes personalized, dignified care in a home-like setting, with a focus on comfort and quality of life for residents. The team utilizes EPIC for charting and maintains a collaborative approach to patient care across all shifts.
