Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• 8-hour day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Primary location in Wausau with potential to float to Antigo, Rhinelander, Rapids, Merrill, Stanley, and Medford
• Rotating Saturday schedule every 6-8 weeks with a weekday off in exchange; no holiday rotation required
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of Practice
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Average of 4.5 patient visits per day expected to meet productivity requirements
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Use laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate
• Scrub colors: any color or business casual attire accepted
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred
• Home health experience required with training in adult and geriatric populations
• Must have travel experience
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Wisconsin state licensure, and NPI number required
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, and social skills preferred
