Opportunity:

MRI Technologist - MRI

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Acute care setting within a Level 2 Trauma facility
• Perform a full range of MRI imaging studies including Level 2 Trauma cases
• Average of 38 scans/studies performed per day
• Float between inpatient and clinic areas as needed
• Work independently on weekends with assistance from a non-registered assistant
• Must have experience with Siemens MRI equipment
• Must have experience working in a hospital setting (not clinic-only experience)
• Start IVs as required
• Utilize Cerner EMR and Siemens PACS systems
• Weekend and holiday requirements fall into a 7-person rotation
• On-call/standby possible in rotation
• Up to 1 week of department-specific orientation provided
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Scrubs required
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)

Facility:

This acute care medical center operates at a Level 2 Trauma designation and provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. The MRI department houses four scanners across clinic and hospital settings, with a dedicated lead technologist overseeing operations during the day. The facility uses Cerner for electronic medical records and Siemens PACS for imaging, reflecting its commitment to advanced technology and high-quality patient care.
