Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Day shift position working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call required Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• On-call required every 3rd weekend Friday through Sunday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 AM
• Holiday on-call as needed for coverage
• 30-minute call response time required
• Acute care setting
• Work across 2 suites/labs averaging 6 cases per day
• Perform scrub, monitor, and circulate duties for cases
• Handle coronary procedures, IR procedures, and vascular procedures (no EP cases)
• Must have scrub experience and general X-ray/pan knowledge
• Knowledge of IR and cardiac cases required
• Proficiency with Cerner and Merge EMR/equipment required
• Occasional 1:1 sitter floating responsibilities
• Hospital-provided scrubs in light blue
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA); ACLS preferred

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a Cath Lab department with 2 suites handling an average of 6 cases per day, specializing in coronary, IR, and vascular procedures. The department utilizes Cerner and Merge systems and maintains on-call cardiology and IR coverage, supporting a comprehensive range of cardiac and interventional radiology services for the surrounding community.
