Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Technologist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekend rotation, no on-call, and no holiday expectations required
• Home health position covering Kenosha and Racine Counties in Wisconsin
• Travel to patient homes with most patients within 20-30 minutes, occasional patient up to an hour away
• Caseload of 6 patients/points per day - evaluation visits count as 1.5 points, standard visits count as 1 point
• Treat adult patients including geriatrics, post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, and CHF
• Focus on ADLs and adaptive equipment as primary OT treatment and evaluation skills
• Participate in morning team huddle via phone each morning
• Collaborate with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience required; SNF, home health, or acute care accepted with home health experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy accepted
• Required certifications and licensure: BLS and Wisconsin license
• Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
• EMR: EPIC experience preferred
• Dress code: Business casual or any color scrubs
• Parking available at patient homes

This organization provides home health services across multiple counties in Wisconsin, supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes. The interdisciplinary team includes RNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and supervisory staff who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
