Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Position is 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient
• Treat 8-12 patients per day in 30 to 45 minute blocks
• Common diagnoses include 90% orthopedics and 5-10% general weakness and neurological conditions
• Cover acute care and swing bed settings, with outpatient comprising approximately 90% of workload
• Perform evaluations for inpatient cases with PTA covering the remaining patient load
• Minimal weekend requirements - approximately once every 2-3 months for 1-3 hours maximum
• No holiday requirements
• Clean and professional workplace attire or scrubs required
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Charting system: Cerner
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Must be a graduate from a certified school

The rehabilitation department operates with a collaborative team structure, including physical therapists, PTAs, and rehab aides, ensuring comprehensive patient care across orthopedic, neurological, and general wellness needs. The facility utilizes Cerner as its electronic charting system and maintains a professional and supportive work environment.
