Opportunity:

RN - Clinical Nurse

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN or circulator required with a strong emphasis in orthopedic surgery including total hips and knees
• Work collaboratively as an active member of an interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care
• Systematically and continuously collect and assess data related to patient health status to develop, execute, and evaluate plans of care
• Utilize evidence-based practice to drive clinical decisions related to individual and population health
• Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with patients, families, and other care providers
• Consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care
• Delegate and supervise care in accordance with the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development
• Perform patient care coordination, direct patient care, and patient education
• Conduct telephone triage and eVisits
• Perform and assist with in-clinic minor procedures
• May float to other areas as needed for operational needs
