Facility Details:
- DRIVERS ONLY: The closest airport is 50 miles away.  No public transportation. This is a very small town
-Onsite housing: We have onsite housing that we offer for a $5/hour reduction in pay. It is a single room with a bed, small table, and bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchenette down the hallway.
-25-bed critical access hospital

Orientation:
- 36hrs or 48hrs
- Orientation on Mondays

Unit Details:
- BLS, ACLS Required
- 2+ years of M/S experience preferred
- Ratio: 1:6 unless multiple high acuity and staffing is adjusted accordingly
- Shift: NIGHTS 1846-0700
-No scrub preference (Just professional)
- SCH to low census “call off” staff one time every 2 weeks without penalty (AM add to confirmation)
