Facility Details:
- DRIVERS ONLY: The closest airport is 50 miles away.  No public transportation. This is a very small town
-Onsite housing: We have onsite housing that we offer for a $5/hour reduction in pay. It is a single room with a bed, small table, and bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchenette down the hallway.
- No High Risk Deliveries
- 80 babies annually, very small unit

Orientation:
- 36hrs
- Orientation on Mondays

Unit Details:
- BLS, ACLS, NRP Required
- 2+ years of L&D experience preferred
- Mom/Baby care experience 
- MS experience required
- Beds: 5
- Ratio: 1:2
- Ancillary Staff for Assistance: RT and LAB and radiology
- Floating Requirements: RNs will be asked to float if the unit is not busy. They will be asked to float to M/S when L&D census is low.
- Shift: NIGHTS
- SCH to low census “call off” staff one time every 2 weeks without penalty (AM add to confirmation)
