MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:

All active certs are required at match, only AHA and ARC are accepted.
Client requires no gaps over 30 days unaccounted for.
SSN and DOB Required to submit
Active License, Resume, Skills Checklist and 1 Eval required at Match.
Candidate is not allowed any RTO for this EMR Project.
Candidate’s profile needs to list their EPIC and Cerner experience.
COMPLETE FULL NAMES must be included in candidate page if the candidate has MIDDLE NAME it must be included, Adventist is asking for FULL NAMES when submitted.

Position Details:

BLS, ACLS NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE) Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Required
1 year of experience Required in the specialty we’re submitting to.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within the last 12 months; Cerner experience is also required. Must be proficient with both.
Auto Offers: AH will review all submissions and issue declines or auto offers. Some managers may still make final decisions.
Start Dates: 6/22 for this need.
No RTO or scheduling request will be considered

Schedule Requirements:
   Call Required? Not required, if willing to be on call it is appreciated.
   Floating to other units Required? No floating within AHDL, yes floating to AHBD L&D
   Weekend Coverage Required? 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.
EMR System: Cerner/Surginet
IV Teams: If yes, please clarify hours: No
Lift Teams: If yes, please clarify hours: No
Phlebotomy available on unit? Come when needed
Transport Team: No
Unit Secretary on Unit: Based on census, if census allows a UA is present. Otherwise covered by a Tech or an RN.
No in-house OB hospitalist.
   Special Equipment Used on This Unit: Natus hearing screen machine, Neptune waste management system in OR, standing patient transfer device, FetaLink
   Special Procedures Performed on This Unit: C/S
   Scrubs: Provided
Additional Information: 24/7 CRNA coverage. No NICU on campus.
