Description
-IN or Compact License Required
-Flu Shot
-1-2 Evaluations
-LOA must be upfront
Facility Details:
-Start date is every Tuesday
-HR will text your RN to schedule zoom interview
-Nurses really like this hospital – they tend to extend
-Compliance due Wednesday prior to start
-No testing in orientation
-Hospital will email Healthstream modules to complete prior to start date
-Small hospital – 115 beds in a rural area – South Bend is 30 minutes away
-Magnet Hospital
-Scrubs: teal tops and black pants
-Meditech EMR
Position Details:
-BLS required
-2+ years of ENDO/GI SURGICAL experience required
-Advanced ENDO experience with both circulation and teaching role required
-Must have knowledge of ERCP and EUS – must show on nurse profile
-9 bed OR - 8 general and 1 IV sedation room
-2 IV sedation rooms for Endoscopy
-4-20 cases per day depending on the case
-GI/Endo, Pre and Post Discharge
-Types of Patients: Patients that have higher comorbidities that can not be done in our ASC or specialty cases
-Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. Call during week 3p- 7a/24 hr Sat and Sun
