MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:
- SSN & DOB
- KS or Compact License
- 1-2 Evaluations
- ALL LOA must be upfront

Facility Details:
- Flu not required- they will need to wear mask if no Flu

- Covid not required

- Modules will be required before starting

Orientation:
- 36hrs - please specify in match notes
- 13wks 
- Orientation on Monday

Unit Details:
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- 2 years of ICU experience required
previous travel experience required
- cardiac, stroke, and cardiac rhythms experience preferred
- Every other weekend REQUIRED
- Float Requirement Details: may be floated to Med/Surg or PCU to take pt assignment, otherwise would be to sit with SI in ED or task help in other units.  We take fair turns too, so it's not just agency who floats.
- Shift Times: 1845-0715
- Number of Beds: 6 ICU, 12 PCU                                                                  
- Ancillary Staff for assistance? yes                                                                  
- Specific Patient Population or Combo Unit: (Med, Surg, Cardiac)  ICU: combo, no open hearts                                                                                                       
- Specific experience needed: No balloon pumps yet but that may come later this year.  Yes to Swans, hypothermia, lines, pressors, vents, etc.   
- Ratios 1:2 for ICU
- Ratios when floating to PCU 1:4
- Ratios when floating to M/S 1:4
