Ideally we're looking for RETURNEES who can start asap but we will take RNs who need to attend orientation as well.

Travel RETURNEES (within 11 months, same specialty)

Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate.

*LOAs must be included in your submit
*Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool.  Former Montefiore Staff Nurses/Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse.
*Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch.
*COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date.

Position Details:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
CCU-CRRT NeXT stage Nurse Driven Experience Required.
ACS, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac catheterization and percutaneous coronary intervention, IABP,cardiogenic shock, unstable angina, post-interventional procedures. Stabilization of patients prior to open heart surgery.  Programmed electronical stimulation of the treatment of recurrent ventricular tachycardia and atrial arrhythmias. Echocardiogram assessments of ventricular/valvular function, acute pulmonary edema/CHF, pulmonary HTN on Veletri and remodulin.  Pre-cardiac transplant, pre-ventricular assist deice implant, post temporary demand pacer/permanent pacers and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Post Op CABG, valve replacement, heart transplant patients from CSICU. CRRT NEXTSTAGE experience Preferred, hypothermia therapy, Impella, LVADs Heart Mate, Brio, Impella 2.5 & 5 , MICU overflow patients.   A-Line, Intra-aortic balloon pump, ECCMO Perfusionist on unit, experience preferred, VAD experience preferred, intra-aortic balloon pump, ventilators.
