Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor Nurse in Cleveland, Ohio. This position involves providing comprehensive care to adult surgical patients, including orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and trauma cases on a 24-bed unit utilizing surveillance and telemetry monitoring with Masimo technology. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level 1 experience, Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience, teaching hospital experience, previous travel experience in medical-surgical units, orthopedic unit experience, strong trauma level experience (Level 1)
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Candidate must have experience with adult medical-surgical patients, including orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma cases. The unit emphasizes patient safety, zero-harm initiatives, pain management, and proactive patient rounding.
