Job Summary:
The Cleveland, Ohio-based Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to provide care to adult inpatients, including orthopedic, non-acute stroke, and trauma patients. This role emphasizes prioritizing patient safety, delivering quality care, and enhancing the patient experience through pain management and proactive rounding. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in the state of Ohio; zero years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Provide care to medical-surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and level I trauma patients. The unit is a 24-bed facility with surveillance and telemetry monitoring using Masimo technology. It is a level I age-friendly NICHE facility.
