Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Job Details:

  • Position: Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL)
  • Location: Mesa, Arizona
  • Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Start Date: 08/31/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting, including experience within the past 12 months in a specialized area such as the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory; experience in assessing, planning, and delivering patient care during cardiac procedures; ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate clinical competencies through annual validations.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing; professional certification related to cardiac care or critical care; additional education or experience in cardiovascular nursing.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include documentation of patient care activities, patient and family education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The role may involve supervising licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The physical environment involves direct patient care activities requiring physical agility, proper body mechanics, and the ability to respond swiftly to clinical needs.
