Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Cleveland, Ohio. This position involves working on a 30-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in solid organ transplant and bariatric surgery. The role includes caring for pre-operative and post-operative solid organ transplant patients (kidney, liver, pancreas), post-bariatric surgery patients, and other general medical/surgical patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 0 years of experience required
- Additional Information: Unit type: medical/surgical. EOW (every other week) and EOH (every other holiday) required. Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required. Charge training/shadowing is offered. Please note this unit has 12 available step-down (SDU) beds that are not dedicated or reserved and may be filled with medical/surgical patients when no SDU patients are present. While efforts are made to assign SDU patients to LT9 staff, assignments are not guaranteed, and travelers may need to care for SDU patients.
