Description
Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Petoskey, Michigan. The role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients requiring vigilant monitoring and advanced interventions. Candidates are expected to bring their Michigan nursing license on the first day. This position requires working night shifts and the candidate must be available every other weekend.
Job Details:
- Location: Petoskey, Michigan
- Schedule: Night shifts, every other weekend (12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week)
- Required Qualifications:
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience of at least 1 year (floating not considered)
- EKG experience
- Michigan license verification required (LARA and Nursys)
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Physical copies of certifications must be available if listed above in qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to float to similar units such as Neuroscience ICU (Neuro), Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), and Trauma units
- Experience managing Vents, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps
- Additional Information:
- Holiday Rate applies from 7 pm the evening prior to the holiday until 7 pm on the holiday
- Submission requires a skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties.
- References are not required for submission.
- Candidates must meet health system-wide profile standards.
