Job Summary:
The facility is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Turlock, California. The position involves providing direct clinical care to patients within the Labor and Delivery Department, assessing patient needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Turlock, California
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 0 or more years of clinical experience in labor and delivery nursing, and the ability to check into the security desk at the facility's front lobby and attend orientation with HR during open hours from 7 am to 4 pm.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising staff, familiarity with facility standards, and knowledge of labor and delivery protocols.
• Additional Information: The labor and delivery nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of patient care, staff competency, and resource management.
