Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is located within a dedicated unit specializing in inpatient care and telemetry monitoring. The role involves performing stress testing proceduresincluding treadmill, nuclear stress, and stress echocardiogramin a collaborative environment with onsite cardiologists, nuclear medicine technicians, and cardiac sonographers. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturday call shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The unit is situated inside the Heart and Vascular Institute and utilizes GE Ventri Nuclear Cameras and Epic electronic health record software.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state nursing license, RN license verification, Centralus resume checklist/testing, Centralus Epic Questionnaire, 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing with telemetry, cardiology experience, and stress testing knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Not required
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for learning and implementing stress testing protocols, including starting IVs and administering Definity as needed. The unit performs both inpatient and outpatient stress testing procedures; stress testing is not conducted on weekends. The unit is equipped with GE Ventri Nuclear Cameras, and reports are managed via Epic software. The start date for this assignment is 09/06/2026, with an end date of 12/05/2026.
