Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Payson, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery department. The RN will utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide high-quality care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards, ensuring optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired; a minimum of one year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to the specialty is also preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery department, including assessments, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The position may require interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver safe and effective care.
