Job Summary:
The TELE SURGICAL RN (Registered Nurse) position is located in Springfield, Missouri. The role involves providing specialized inpatient surgical and trauma patient care on night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MO
• Schedule: Nights, 1900-0700, minimum of 36 hours per week (flexible to 48 hours)
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license respecting Missouri licensure, BLS from AHA, minimum 1 year of telehealth experience, experience and competence in drug titration, current NIHSS certification (or obtain prior to start), ACLS from AHA, and valid trauma credits (or complete within two weeks of start)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma nursing, inpatient care, and familiarity with cardiac/medical surgical units
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and functions within the scope of nursing practice per Missouri Nurse Practice Act. The role requires physical endurance including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids is possible.
