Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Lodi, California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in the L&D department, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a safe, healing, and supportive environment. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Lodi, California
- Schedule: Rotating shift; Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves rotating through Post-Partum units where couplet care is providedmothers and babies.
- Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care, develop care plans, monitor and evaluate patient progress, delegate duties appropriately, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with family and healthcare teams.
- Certifications: Valid RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certifications are required on first employment day.
