Job Summary:
An Emergency Room registered nurse residing in Hanford, California, is sought to join the healthcare organization on a night shift. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in an acute care setting, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.   • Additional Information: Candidates must have the ability to collect pertinent patient data, develop and implement care plans, evaluate patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient and family education, participate in discharge planning, delegate tasks appropriately, and perform other related duties. All vaccinations as a condition of employment are required, with medical and religious exemptions permitted where applicable.
