Job Details:

Years of Experience: Minimum of 0 years, preferred 2 years in an acute care facility
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required
- AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS) required
- AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS required
- AHA-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC-NALS required
Certified in accordance with department and facility requirements.
Additional qualifications include the ability to collect and analyze patient data, develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Clinical skills required include critical thinking and independent judgment.
Vaccinations: All required vaccinations as a condition of employment.
