Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Stanford, California. This role involves providing hands-on, evidence-based nursing care to patients within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Stanford, California
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, ability to communicate effectively in English, minimum of 0 years of experience
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides comprehensive patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include patient education, collaboration with healthcare team, emergency response activation, and participation in team building. Demonstrates leadership, continual learning, and effective communication.
