Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Miles City, Montana. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in an extended care setting, utilizing a patient-centered approach that emphasizes the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Miles City, Montana
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association; ability to read and write at a level to fulfill documentation requirements; physical ability to perform standing, walking, sitting, pushing (100+ pounds), pulling (100+ pounds), lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, filing, typing, xeroxing, talking, hearing, and color vision.
• Additional Information: The RN will utilize nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in resident care. Responsibilities include performing holistic assessments, developing individualized plans of care, managing medication administration, educating residents and families, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. The role requires compliance with CMS regulations and Medicare criteria, plus active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
