- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves supporting clinical education, competency validation, staff onboarding, and providing real-time coaching on units. The educator must be comfortable using education tracking tools, dashboards, learning management system platforms, and competency checklists. The position requires the ability to work independently and support flexible scheduling to meet operational needs.
