Job Summary:
Pediatric Registered Nurse in Neptune, New Jersey. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position requires the development, implementation, and coordination of individualized care plans for neonatal patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing); NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - AHA; at least 1+ year of experience in neonatal intensive care or related specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage patient care, document care according to standards, and advocate for evidence-based practice care standards. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice.
