Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in Neptune, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating neonatal patients and supporting physicians with patient care. Candidates must bring their licensure on the first day. The position requires working night shifts, with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM three days per week, including every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Neptune, New Jersey
• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree, New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, at least 1 year of experience in neonatal intensive care units, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Heart Association, and 1+ year of experience in related specialty
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree
• Float: Float rotation may be required in Pediatrics/PICU
• Additional Information: The position involves performing therapeutic nursing interventions, developing individualized care plans, and advocating for evidence-based nursing practices, with additional duties as assigned.
